+ What is required to reserve the wedding date?
To reserve your date, you must pay 50% of the price of the package you are selecting. And the final balance will be due after your final guest count is received about 30 days out from your event.
+ Does the wedding package rental include time the day before for rehearsal or decorating?
Yes, you will have complimentary venue access the day before your wedding for an agreed upon time of up to 4 hours. If you need additional hours for any reason, you will need to purchase those at an hourly rate. If there is an event already booked then your rehearsal time will need to be scheduled earlier. Please plan accordingly.
+ When is the final balance due?
Your final balance will be due 30 days prior to your event.
+ When is the beverage package payment due?
Full payment is due 30 days prior to your event if a Premium, Standard or Select beverage package is selected. If the Consumption beverage package is selected then 50% will be due 30 days prior to your event and the remaining balance that reflects the total beverages sold, will be invoiced at the end of your event.
+ What is the maximum capacity?
The venue can accommodate up to 162 guests plus bridal party for a seated reception inside. Seating for a maximum of 220, including the use of the covered patio.
+ Do you allow outside caterers?
Yes, we do. However, they need to be approved by us before signing your contract with them.
+ Can I bring my own drinks?
Alcohol can only be served at Divine Vineyard & Venue via our beverage packages, consumption or cash bar options.
+ Do I need event insurance?
Yes, you can purchase event insurance through our partner Event Helper.
+ Do you have onsite parking?
Yes, there is plenty of onsite parking.
+ At what time of year do grapes typically appear on the vines?
The vines usually start budding around mid-April, reaching full foliage by mid-June. Harvesting of the grapes typically begins in early September, although the exact timing can vary depending on the grape variety and prevailing weather conditions that season.
+ When do the grapes go dormant?
In mid-October we see the leaves start to turn color. By the first frost the vines are quietly going back into dormancy throughout the winter until mid-April.
